Meet the workbook that is designed to help women effectively process, recover, and embrace their new reality after heartbreak. Sis He's Gone, challenges women who have been abandoned by their significant others to stand in the face of their brokenness and confront their emotions head on. This workbook reminds women that you have more fight inside of you than you realize even in times of loss.
Last I checked, women just don't wake up saying, "hey, I think I'll get dumped by my man today." Like, what woman in her right mind adds a breakup to her to do list? Whether she saw the breakup coming or not, as some of us do, trust me her emotions will remind her that it happened. Afterwards, she will be staring a new reality in the eye and now has to pivot and land on her feet after being knocked down.
During the creation of this workbook, I kept in the forefront of my mind that all women process differently. However, there is something in this workbook for everyone. Heartbreak is heartbreak no matter who you are and who you experienced it with. Both the married and nonmarried can benefit from the nuggets that are in this great resource.
I believe that this workbook will remind us that we cannot hide our emotions and think that we are doing fine. When we attempt to move forward in life without processing what has happened, we set ourselves up for failure. As a result, our minds become less inclined to make crucial judgment calls. We either rush into new relationships to help us get over the previous one, or we run potential suitors away with all of our insecurities and unprocessed emotional baggage.
Back in January, I observed what appeared to be a breakup eruption on social media. While scrolling through my timeline there were breakups all over the place. I swear every other video was a woman crying over losing the man she loved. Having gone through this myself in times past, my heart went out to each one of them. Have you ever cried for strangers on the internet because you could see and identify the pain they were feeling? Some of them had support systems while others sat in their cars all alone with no one to comfort them. I created this workbook with women like them in mind. I wish I had something like this when I went through my heartbreak season. Sis he may be gone, but you can get through this wilderness season. This workbook will help you process your raw emotions and help you reach the path of healing.
