Refund Policy
This section contains important information regarding our returns/exchanges and refund policies. Please review carefully.
**Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been delivered or accessed. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. It's important for you to understand the difference in the types of products sold on this website. Requests for refunds or exchanges based on misunderstanding or oversight of product details will not be considered. No Exceptions!
*Physical Products
Due to our products being physical in nature and to the increased presence of COVID-19 and all such variants, returns will be limited and determined on a case by case basis. Typically, once the product has shipped from our facility, the sale is considered final. However, some cases are subject to warrant further investigation.
Such cases include but are not limited to,
- If the vendor (All Things She) is found to be at fault for shipping an incorrect or defective item, it is the vendor's responsibility to be sure the customer is compensated accordingly.
- If customer has received product and is displeased due to product not being as described, an authorized return/exchange may be granted.
However, if customer is found to be at fault due to improper order selection of products, such as (item, color, size, quantity), an authorized return/exchange will not be granted. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to be sure that selected items along with all variances and quantities in their shopping carts are exactly what they are intending to purchase.
Postage paid return envelopes will only be issued to customer in the case of the vendor (All Things She) being at fault. If customer is at fault, return postage costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
If a return/exchange has already taken place and the customer is still dissatisfied, a full refund will be issued upon the return and receipt of all items shipped by the vendor to the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and customer is responsible for return postage cost. If products are not shipped back to the vendor in original packaging or if they are never returned at all, then a "Store Credit Only" will be issued and no monies will be sent back to the customer's original form of payment.
All such compensations listed in this policy are at the sole discretion of ALL THINGS SHE.
Order Cancellations
Because of our quick processing times, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. If you decide that you would like to cancel your order, it must be done prior to checkout before payment processing is completed and shipping/tracking information is assigned. No Exceptions!
Quality Control
All physical items sold are new and unused. We use nothing but the best materials to produce items of exceptional quality.
