Shipping Policy
Products that are physical in nature are the only items that qualify to be shipped to a destination. Unless otherwise stated by ALL THINGS SHE, items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and rates are calculated according to weight and destination. Shipment times may vary depending on stock availability as well as item type. In stock items will typically ship within 2-10 business days upon completion of order fulfillment. Print on demand items typically ship between 5-14 business days due to affiliate vendor production time frames. Currently we only ship to United States.
Designated Carrier Issues
ALL THINGS SHE is not responsible for shipping delays once the product has left our inventory and has been placed in possession of delivery carrier. If issues arise in terms of your shipment being late, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery carrier using the shipping/tracking information supplied to you upon the sellers (ALL THINGS SHE), fulfillment of your order.
Please be sure to enter your shipping information accurately and review it before you submit your order. Your shipping label is created based off the information entered into the order system by you. Failure to do so will result in possible lost/missing shipments in which ALL THINGS SHE is not responsible. If your package is returned to us by carrier due to your address being incorrect, you will be responsible for paying shipping cost for us to reship the item(s) to you, at which point an invoice will be sent to you to collect payment.
If your item has been delivered to the wrong location due to carrier mistake, you must contact the carrier who was responsible for delivering your items. In addition, ALL THINGS SHE is not responsible for damages incurred during transit of shipped items by carrier.
Lost
We are not responsible for lost shipments. You must contact delivery carrier (United States Postal Service), whom is responsible for delivering your items. However, there are exceptions to this rule if certain criteria have been met by you the "buyer". See below.
Lost Shipment Exception Criteria
If lost shipment issue due to delivery carrier issue has not been resolved in a period of 30-days, contact us at: sales@risedaughterrise.org and we will discuss replacing your item if in accordance with the following:
- Accurate records of contact with carrier concerning lost shipment must be submitted to us in full detail.
- Records must include two-way written correspondence and or other supporting documents (via mail) between you and delivery carrier (USPS). In cases concerning verbal communication (phone calls) we request all call logs listing dates, times, and name of person you spoke with.
- We will contact delivery carrier to verify information submitted by you to solidify your claim. Once we can verify all information submitted to us by you is valid, a determination will be made as to the best course of action.
Stolen Items
We are not responsible for stolen items once they have been verified as being delivered to your home.
